This Java applet is a news ticker applet. Texts can be displayed as news item on the web page with hot links. Each and every message can be linked with a URL. Data is required to be store in the specified format in a text file as newsflash.txt or even you can specify your own name. This new ticker can the parameters like data filename, highlight color, border width, border color, shadow offset, shadow color, font type/size/color, pause, target frame and file refreshing rate.
