The Engineering Economics Calculator is a perl script to calculate the monthly mortgage or loan payment based on the amount of loan, rate of interest and the length of the year. The single payment compound amount equation is applied in this script. The sinking fund factor, single payment present worth equation, capital recovery factor, uniform series present worth factor and single payment present worth equation are included with this calculator.
