This is a script where the users can submit the fields on the form which wiil be emailed to the specified address. This program shows the link and custom message when the form is mailed and processed for the users. The users have the ability to send the email subject line to the recipient. This program redirects the url after the form is mailed and processed. The users have the option to fill the field list.
