DS RotScaleText is a Java text effect applet that can be used to implement a rotate and scale effect over any JPG or GIF image. The text can be rotated in both clockwise and anticlockwise directions. The rotation speed and scale speed can also be configured to your needs within their ranges of 1-8. Also you can insert a scrolling text and image over the animation. The scroll text can be scrolled from left, right, up or down and in different speeds. The scroll text can also be customized in the parameters apart from various other customizable parameters.
