InfoBar is a nifty JavaScript that can be incorporated in your webpage to display certain information, explanation or comments about the links in your webpage. The explanations are displayed on a specific place in the webpage when the user moves the mouse over the link. The script works with IE 4+, Netscape 4+, Opera 4+ & Konqueror 2+ browsers.
